My Rate is currently $50.00 per hour. I offer a 20% discount if the web pages I design contain a small graphical link or two at the bottom of each page I create.

If you come to me totally prepared and I can see what you require of me, I will bid jobs on a straight fee basis. However, if you are like most people and don't really know what you want until you see it, my standard hourly rate will apply. In order for me to bid work on a straight fee basis, I will need to see a drawing of the basic site design, color preferences, number of pages, content, photos, graphics, etc.

Read the Web Basics and Web Design pages of this site to get some idea of what I am talking about. Go through each subject page to get some idea of what is involved in constructing a website.

If you come to me and really want a website, but don't have the time to get anything together, I can help you here also. This is the "money is no object approach" and I am more than happy to be of service. My hourly rate will apply to all time used to create your site.

For most jobs though, I realize money is critical. You need it for your business and life and don't want to spend it all on a website. This is another great reason to read the tips and strategies contained in this website.

I realize I will get more business if I can build your website as economically as possible. And you will ultimately be happier with your website if you know the ropes and pitfalls and can plan ahead a bit.

For most jobs, I require your money upfront before the actual design of your website begins. For larger jobs, this money can be applied towards the stages of website development.

My standard hourly rate covers everything from initial consultation all the way through the final uploading of your website to the web hosting service.

My fee is extremely competitive (cheap) compared to most HTML / XML Website constructors. We are very anxious to develop our clientele and would like to include your website in our portfolio. As time moves on and I get more experienced in JavaScript, Flash, ASP, and DHTML, prices will certainly increase.

So now is the time to get the website you have always dreamed about. Please e-mail me with your ideas. I would love to help.

After I finish building your website, I need to know when the process is complete. This is where verification comes into play. Here is how it works. After you have hired me to build your website, I will give you a sitemap where you can go on the web to check your site's progress. This site map will have all of the HTML files on it that are under construction.

After I complete your website, I will notify you by e-mail that your website is complete. You will then have 2 weeks from the date of that e-mail to proof-read your website, request corrections, or to give approval verification to me. Once approval verification is given, I will post your site on your web host service or send you 3.5" floppies of all your website files to upload at a later time. You will be notified when this is done and I will assume your website design is now complete.

If I do not hear from you within the 2 week period mentioned above, your approval verification will be given by default and I will send you 3.5" floppies of all your website files that you can upload at a later time. If your approval verification is given by default, I will assume your website design is now complete.

If you notify me that corrections do need to be made within the 2 week period mentioned above, I will correct them accordingly and e-mail you that your website has been corrected. You will then have 1 week from the date of that correction e-mail to give me approval verification. I will then post your site on your web host service or send you 3.5" floppies of all of your web site files to upload at a later time.

If I do not hear from you within the 1 week correction period mentioned above, your approval verification will be given by default and I will send you 3.5" floppies of all your website files that you can upload at a later time. If your approval verification is given by default, I will assume your website design is now complete.

Once approval verification is given to me, my task is complete and your website will be yours to use.

I should point out that altering any website content, graphics, HTML or JavaScript or other code is strictly forbidden unless written permission is given. Written permission may be granted by me for you, your agents, or your future website contractors to do this as long as my name and webmaster links are all changed or removed.

I should also point out that corrections will only be within the scope of our original agreement. If you have your entire Website mapped out and I am working on a straight fee basis, corrections shall be limited to spelling or gramatical corrections that have occurred because of my fault. If I type the content you gave to us correctly even though it was wrong, for whatever reason, our current hourly rate will apply to get those items corrected.

If I am working on an hourly basis, I will do whatever you ask as long as it is within my range of talent.
