Thanks for visiting SNCwebdesign.com. This Website was conceived with the idea that many of you out there would like to save money when it comes to Website design. Especially to those of you who need to go to a Website designer.

There are many things you can do that will help you to get a great deal on the fee you will pay to a designer. And I am assuming that this will get your interest. For those of you who are more experienced in this department, please take a look at my work and my rates and you should be pleasantly surprised.

There are many other Websites out there that go into how to code your site with the many different Web coding languages. This is beyond our scope here. The tips and stategies I offer will give you a better understanding of what is involved in creating a Website that goes beyond the Web coding level.

I start out with the basic description of how Websites work and then talk specifically about getting your own Web space, types of Web coding languages, conflicts that come up with different browsers, etc., and how to upload your completed files to your Web host.

Then I get more into the Web design aspects of your Website. Subjects include your goal, getting a great domain name, the basic design of your site, how many Web pages you should have, your content, your graphics, and updating your Website to keep it fresh.

The dark gray buttons that run horizontally across the top include a brief guide to working with SNCwebdesign.com: who I am, how to contact me, my goal, my rates and my work. I have also included a sitemap that works a bit more like a table of contents. There also is a form you can send if you need more information or would like to comment about my Website.

I have done my best to keep advertising to a bare minimum. Seattle Note Cards is our only advertiser. Please keep in mind that the Seattle Note Cards images can all be used to give your Website some extra color and interest. At last count, Seattle Note Cards has over 3,500 images, so there may be something that works for you. Just click on any photo-icon to get a larger image and more photo details. These images are also available as note cards and enlargements and can be obtained through SeattleNoteCards.com.

So please enjoy this Website. Hopefully, you will have a greater understanding as to what is involved in the Website design process. I am really hoping that whether you have me build you a Website or if you procur another designer, you will save a lot of money. And also get a Website that you can really be proud to call your own.

Please let me know if this site helps!

Thanks again,
Steven Collins Signature
