If you need to reach me, your best bet is to use e-mail. I usually check it several times per day, unless I am traveling without my computer.
I also like e-mail because it saves me, and you, long distance phone calls.
And it provides a complete record of the matters we have discussed. This can be especially critical to make sure both of us avoid misunderstandings or miscommunications.
